Can I hug you guys?
It might be hard to hug all of us at once, but we're willing to give it a shot.
If I do not see an item here, does that mean I cannot get it?
Absolutely not! If you don't see it here, we'll find anything in your price range and time frame. We don't have hundreds of contacts (local and international) that happen to love us. And we've got a procurement specialist who would love to be stumped.
What do you charge for consulting and concepts?
We consider this our best strength and our ideas are free! Call our sales and marketing department- tell us about your problem- Do you need a program developed? Do you have an upcoming special event? Are you looking for a company wide incentive program? Or a great marketing idea? Because if there's one thing we've always got in stock, it's creativity.
Is there anything Relay Gear can't do for me?
Well, we're not very good cooks, but we can make a mean reservation.
Where can I see the quality of your merchandise?
We are always on the road. Click HERE to see when we'll be in your town. Or, you can also always come visit us at our Columbus Show Room. We'll even make you a fresh cup of coffee.
Can I work at Relay Gear?
We are (not to brag, okay, just a little) a very rapidly growing company, and we can always use more good people. Just email careers@relaygear.com. And if you know how to cook, that's a plus.
What is your lead time?
Lead times vary depending on the project. If you are placing a special the order (non inventory), a typical lead time would be 2-3 weeks. However, we can rush it (just ask us for details). We understand events come up, and we're here to help. Where there's a will there's a way.

What's your return policy?
We do returns. We understand clothes don't always fit or items may not be exactly what you are looking for. So when you want to return something from one of our in-stock programs just make sure your return has the authorization number our friendly customer service representatives gave you.
How can I get in touch with customer service?
Just call 888.735.2942 between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. Eastern Time. We'll help you out with whatever it is you need.
Can we expedite shipping?
We have a wonderful relationship with many freight companies. We can ship standard, 3 day, 2 day or overnight rush. Freight will be determined after shipping and the customer will pay the actual UPS shipping charges.
What is a backorder?
Occasionally we may be out of stock on items and will fill back orders as quickly as possible. You will be notified if any item you order may not be in stock. You will not be billed for that item until it leaves our warehouse.
When will my order ship out?
We attempt to process and ship all orders within 48 hours of receipt. Please allow an additional 2-5 business days for delivery.
What's the strangest thing in your 6,000 square foot warehouse?
That would be the forklift with the racing stripes. It only goes two miles an hour, so you can see why we're amused.
